What happens if the Loader damages my home during an order?

While LoadUp enjoys a solid commitment to service excellence and protecting your home, unfortunate incidents may occur during the services that your independent contractor performs. Both LoadUp and the independent contractors on our platform take this situation very seriously.

We ask you please file your submission here within 14 days of the occurrence so we may collect the appropriate information and share it with the independent contractor involved. 

Once you've submitted the required information, the contractor can assess the situation more accurately, contact you, and take the necessary steps to rectify the issue.  Thank you
